POLMATIC 2
The machine, based on a new working-principle, is available in four models:
it is possible to equip the units for lapping the single surface or the finished lens with diamond pellets, or to polish the single
surface or finished lens with polyurethane.
Fully automatic, double-head lapping / polishing machine for the processing of spherical finished lenses in mineral glass /CC &
CX in the same cycle). Specially designed for mass production, equipped with a blanks warehouse for lens loading with
autonomy of 60/120 minutes.
Polisher can be equipped with different types of lens discharge units (DR / POL-1, DR / POL-2, SC / LENS-2).
- POLMATIC 2D It's for lapping with diamond pellets of both surfaces of finished lenses. It consists of two operating units connected to each other by a special device for the overturning of the lens. Both loading and unloading are carried out by means of cilyndrical containers..
- POLMATIC 2P It's for polishing with polyurethane of both surfaces of finished lenses. It consists of two operating units connected to each other by a special device for the overturning of the lens. The loading is carried out by means of cylindrical containers while the unloading is carried out on a conveyor belt.
