The machine, based on a new working-principle, is available in four models:
it is possible to equip the units for lapping the single surface or the finished lens with diamond pellets, or to polish the single
surface or finished lens with polyurethane.
Fully automatic, single-head lapping / polishing machine for the processing of spherical surfaces in mineral glass.
Specially designed for mass production, equipped with a blanks warehouse for lens loading with autonomy of 60/120 minutes.
Polisher can be equipped with different types of lens discharge units (DR / POL-1, DR / POL-2, SC / LENS-2).
- POLMATIC 1D It consists of an operating unit for lapping with diamond pellets of a single surface, CC or CX, of semi-finished lenses. The loading and unloading are carried out by means of cylindrical containers.
- POLMATIC 1P It consists of an operating unit for polishing with polyurethane of a single surface, CC or CX of semi- finished lenses. The loading is carried out by means of cylindrical containers while the unloading is carried out on a conveyor belt.
