interpolated kinematics, the machine offers extremely reduced processing times and and
superior cosmeti and geometric quality at the finished product.
- Automatic Fast polishing process based on 5 axis CNC machinie and AAS technology to grant the perfect maintenance of lens orientation and control of the specific pressure into all surface map, granting a superlative cosmetic fining and geometrical map exceptional maintenance.
- Long life soft tools in an optimized small range of curves to grant the correct surfacing of the whole standard and progessive RX range.
- Process of each type of organic lenses in each standard RX forms and range (Spherical, Toric, Progressive and FreeForm lenses backside CC surface) with soft tools. Elimination of standard hard tool technology and its disadvantages.
- Friendly and easy interface based on Touch Screen PC with tools management sotware included (automatic choice of the tool/automatic counter of tools’life).
- Bar code reader as alternative faster lens data acquisition. Connection available with COMES Laboratory Management Software programs.
- Real time feedback on operative system kernel of axis position and specific pressure between lens and tool.
- Isolated working zone to grant the smallest coolant dispersion.
- Pneumatic and I/O control based on Ethercat technology.
