Automatic Spherical generator with manual lens-loading. TSA/4 is able to produce spherical surfaces in mass-production lines or can be used to produce precision optics in mineral glass and hard materials. Very easy and precise to use, it is equipped with a grinding wheel recovery system. It offers a fully automatic processing cycle obtained with pneumo-electric devices and in addition a special hydraulic device to obtain a controlled and adjustable working feed of lens-holder spindle. It is usually employed to work single or block lenses in small and medium series (for spectacles, for objectives, for cameras, etc.) having the irregular starting surface so that is required an adjusted feed of lens-holder spindle in order to avoid breakings of the piece to work.
