Alloy blocking device
Alloy blocking device for semi-finished lenses with automatic centering of the lens on relevant lens holder.
It’s provided with an easy and fast rotation adjustment system that allow the orientation of the semi-finished
lenses from 0 ° -180 ° / 180 ° -0 ° +/- 0.5 °.
It allows the blocking of Convex surfaces of all standard geometries of semi-finished lenses used into RX Lab.:
Spherical, Bifocal, Aspheric and Progressive.
BLOCKALL 190 EVO BI-FACE is a special derivated version that allows the blocking of CC surfaces too.
The COMES blocking system consists of 4 different types of block, divided by dioptrical range.
This subdivision allows to obtain some advantages that come from the minimization of the used alloy: faster
cooling of the block, less waiting time between the blocking phase and the working phase, more productivity and
consequently less deformation of the semi finished.
